How do I edit my profile page?

Use the profile builder.

Why is my ‘Reiki story’ section empty?

You need to write some words and then set the privacy switch to ‘Public’ on one or more sections of your story editor page.

Business tools

Where are my business tools?

All your tools are available from the business tools page.

I’ve lost or never received my download links. Where are they?

You can always retreive these from the downloads section.

Teacher’s tools

How do I print and bind the manuals?
  1. Download the manuals.
  2. Open them with a PDF viewer.
  3. Print on A4 paper, either single- or double-sided.
  4. Bind the manual, either at home or at a printers’ shop, using a binding of your choice. (We like “spiral binding” the best!)

This video takes you step-by-step through the whole process:

How do I make the most out of the extra activities?

The most important thing with the extra activities is to make sure you’ve prepared them before the course. This video explains what you need to do.

How do I use the teacher’s notes and slides?

To help you teach each course there are detailed teaching notes and a set of accompanying PowerPoint-style slides. This video explains how to use these by demonstrating how it works with the Reiki Level One course.

Testimonials

How do I ask someone to leave a testimonial for me?

The easiest way to do this is to make a habit of giving out your business cards at the end of a course or the end of a treatment session. On the back is an invitation and link to leave a testimonial.

If you want to share a link online, send them to your profile page and tell them it’s at the bottom.

How do clients/students know that their testimonial will be anonymous?

The are several layers of anonymity. The first is that they do not need to leave their name. However, they may deduce that their anonymity could be compromised if they took a one-on-one course or session with you and left feedback shortly after, in which case you would be able to guess their identity. For this reason, anonymised testimonials are published in batches, meaning that their testimonial will only be published alongside other testimonals, further protecting their identity.
